After making the purchase, the customer has 24 hours to submit a cancellation request and we will happily process the full refund.

Please note: No Refunds for Wrong Delivery Address

We do our utmost to deliver your order quickly and correctly. However, it is important that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot refund or resend a new shipment.

After this 24 hour period your order will be put into production and can no longer be changed. Once the order has left our warehouse you can no longer make changes to your delivery address. Providing an incorrect delivery address can lead to the loss of your package. 

Therefore, always make sure that your address details are complete and correct before you complete the order. Did you make a mistake? Then contact us as soon as possible, so that we can try to solve the problem in time, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
